Groundhog Day Again The Bill Murray movie has forever changed how we think about today. And if you didn't already know, it's Groundhog Day again. And if you believe in this sort of thing, the groundhog didn't see its shadow. Spring is coming early, even though we're expecting another big storm this weekend. Maybe it's a Spring storm. Tahoe's crews are also feeling a little deja vu today. They're working on another biofuel farm project, similar to this one pictured in Yerington (Lyon County.) The fence is almost 2,000 linear feet of 7-foot high, all black chain link with 6-strands of barbed wire. And gates. There are lots of big gates.
