Congrats To All The Grads
Congrats To All The Grads School is getting out for the summer. So from all of us at Tahoe Fence, congrats to all the grads. Whether it’s elementary, middle, high school, trade school, or college, congratulations. Tahoe’s always been found of those with their “PHDs” . . . POST HOLE DIGGERS! Rocks, like what’s pictured with this 2-rail, split rail in Carnelian Bay by Tahoe City (Placer County,) aren’t going to move themselves. It takes someone (Tahoe’s crews) who know what they’re doing with a digging bar and diggers to make a fence look good in that type of terrain.

Worth 5 Cents Did you know that Congress officially authorized the use of the Nickel on this date in 1866? Even though only partially made of nickel (25% nickel & mostly copper), it’s one of the few coins in the U.S. named after its metal content (always been partial to Silver Dollars ourselves.) Nickel with the addition of chromium can also be used in the making of steel to resist rust. Similar to this 3-rail, ornamental steel fence Tahoe’s crews installed in Dayton (Lyon County.) The posts & panels are pre-galvanized with a black, powder coat finish to increase the fence’s durability.

It’s windy again, hold on. The gusts are picking up so hold onto something. Like this black, steel railing Tahoe installed in Carson City. Tahoe’s crew did a great job securing 5-different decks, landings, and ramp. The railing looks fantastic and provide safety from the elevation changes, and something to hold onto (using the stairs and in the wind.) A special shout out to Northeast Masonry. Paul and his masons did an awesome job on the brick work and concrete Tahoe used to anchor the posts. They are truly knowledgeable and skilled craftsmen. Thank you.

Popular for a Reason This style of fence, redwood framing with welded-wire panel fill in South Lake Tahoe (El Dorado County,) is becoming more and more popular. It’s a Tahoe customer favorite.
