Green With Envy Why are you supposed to wear green on St. Patrick's Day? Is it because Ireland is known as "The Emerald Isle?" Is it because the shamrock is Ireland's national symbol? Is it because St. Patrick used the shamrock to describe and explain the Holy Trinity? Or is it because everyone is green with envy wanting to be Irish on St. Patrick's Day? We may never really know. But this year green contrasts nicely with a snowy background! Have a happy and safe St. Patrick's Day.
